Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026 · Boulder Brick Squad Club LLC

1. What we provide

Our service is coached triathlon group training for men over forty: swim, bike, and run sessions in a structured weekly calendar, plus open-water practice, race-day planning, and a club of men racing the same season. Every membership begins with a baseline assessment and a goal race conversation — sprint, Olympic, or 70.3 — and the training plan is built around your target, not a generic template.

Details and current pricing for each plan are shown on our Plans page and confirmed in your written estimate.

2. Booking and agreement

Bookings are made through this site's inquiry form, by phone ((303) 555-0162), or by email ([email protected]). A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation and, where applicable, receive the deposit. Dates are held 72 hours pending your confirmation.

3. Fees and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable sales tax is added where required by state law. Payment by card or ACH. No automatic renewals unless a monthly plan explicitly says so, and any recurring plan can be stopped as described in Section 4.

4. Cancellations and changes

Monthly memberships may be canceled any time before the next billing date; access continues to the end of the paid month. Session credits (open-water clinics, bike skills) are refundable up to 72 hours before the session. Race-season packages pause for injury with a doctor's note, up to 8 weeks.

5. Media and likeness

Photographs from club sessions and races may appear on our site and social media; we ask members to sign a media release at joining, and withdrawal is honored for anything not already printed. Training plans provided to members are for personal use.

6. What you receive

Members receive the weekly training calendar, a TrainingPeaks-style plan, and race-day logistics sheets (transition setup, nutrition timing, cutoff math) before each target event.

7. Liability

We carry general liability insurance (AXA XL GL policy CO-55441, club-activities endorsement). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. Participation in training, group sessions, and open-water practice is at your own pace; you agree to follow coach instructions, especially around water safety and road cycling.

8. Force majeure

If storms, pool closures, air-quality events, public orders, or illness make sessions unsafe or impossible, we reschedule or refund as described in Section 4 without cancellation fees.

9. Your information

How we collect, use, store, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including rights available to California residents.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Unresolved disputes are brought in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
